Warner Bros. and DC Comics approached us with an idea about creating a feature-length documentary that would delve deeply into the mad minds of the DC Universe's greatest super-villains. Being diehard comic book fans, we happily jumped on board.
The finished documentary featured interviews with over forty comic book writers, artists, filmmakers & celebrities and included hundreds of stunning images pluckedfrom the pages of DC Comics vast library. And to top things off, legendary actor Christopher Lee added his vibrant voice as the film's narrator.

NECESSARY EXTRAS
When we created NECESSARY EVIL we realized that we had just too much darn evil to fit into the documentary. It was a tough process of elimination, but as a result some really great super-villain stories ended up on the cutting room floor.
Fortunately, as a way to excite fans about the upcoming documentary, Warner Bros & DC Comics asked us to "resurrect" the vaulted footage and create 15 "web exclusive" mini-featurettes that were released weekly in the months preceding the film's premiere.
